Veterans Management Sources strives to be the premier Owner Representative Service that utilizes experience, versatility, and ability to lead a team from an operational standpoint using analysis, design input, constructability, guest impact, implementation, and project delivery.

Our mission is to engage all team members, create new, and nurture existing relationships. Through listening, asking the right questions and understanding “why” allows us to articulate a vision through initial conception through a project life cycle. We value all clients, owners, inspectors, and organizational team members from a “we will win together” perspective.

Gina Green, CCM

A visionary, results driven leader with an outstanding record of delivering technically sophisticated projects. She has been on teams of over $2.6B in projects and personally has completed over $800M in various hospitality projects. She has a high level of understanding of FF&E, OS&E, Procurement and Construction deliverables as well as a keen eye for value engineering, finishes, budgetary conscious, tribal inclusion, and operational needs to hand over a successful project. From the early age of 10, Gina learned all aspects of construction from her grandfather and father proven instrumental in her career path.

 

Proudly served in the United States Army Reserves from 1990 - 1998.

Milena Green-Fykes

Experienced Logistics and Distribution Professional with 20+ years in experience in

strategic planning and tactical implementation skills to build dynamic teams contributing to world-class data driven customer service across a variety of industries. Adept to creating efficient reporting tools to support business decisions within all business facets. Exhibits top notch presentations, delivering recommendations for  company-wide continuous improvement.

Katherine Green

Primary focus in due diligence accounting, pursuing organizational excellence, and delivering solutions that add business value. With 10+ years of retail experience in Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, and California, she has developed skill sets in business administration, customer service, and in continuous pursuit of evolving in various philanthropic pursuits as an IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Instructor and Advisor. Since starting her public accounting career, Ms. Green has grown in various State of California positions from tax advisor to a senior auditor. She holds a BS in Corporate Accounting, Finance, and  Management from California State University East Bay.
